The Role

We’re hiring an Ecommerce Growth Marketing Manager who will serve as our primary in-house marketing resource. Meta (Facebook & Instagram) is currently our strongest performing paid channel, so strong hands-on experience running and scaling Meta Ads is essential.

You will create high-performing creative and content that drives results on Meta, with the ability to repurpose it across platforms, while also building and executing our TikTok organic content and testing strategy. This is a hands-on role in a lean, fast-paced environment where you’ll own both strategy and execution. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (awareness, traffic, and conversion) with a strong focus on testing, creative iteration, and scaling winners
• Create thumb-stopping creative and UGC-style content (short videos, hooks, carousels, and statics) that performs well on Meta and can be repurposed to TikTok
• Write clear, compelling ad copy and hooks tailored to different audiences and campaign objectives
• Analyze performance using Google Analytics and platform reporting tools to track key metrics (ROAS, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, etc.) and make data-driven optimizations
• Test and iterate on campaigns regularly, identifying what works and scaling successful tactics
