About Your Role

Harrison.ai is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Director to join a small, high-velocity growth marketing squad. You'll architect and scale demand generation programs that drive pipeline and revenue across segments — building scalable, data-driven systems for opportunity identification, lead qualification, and customer acquisition that leverage AI and rigorous analytics. Working shoulder-to-shoulder with fellow growth marketers, sales, and customer success, you'll craft unified narratives and run ABM programs tied directly to account prioritisation.

You'll bring a proven track record in B2B growth marketing, ABM, and lead nurturing, with demonstrated success in account penetration and expansion — plus a technical, analytical bent: comfort with campaign instrumentation, funnel analytics, and optimisation.
