Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

You’ll work directly with the CEO to help grow our new but rapidly growing business.

Responsibilities include

• Manage and optimize Meta advertising campaigns
• Create, launch, and optimize Pinterest advertising campaigns
• Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
• Improve landing page and funnel conversions
• Develop marketing strategies for product launches and promotions
• Help grow our founder’s brand across multiple platforms
• Collaborate with our creative, development, and client success teams
• Monitor key performance metrics and provide weekly growth reports
• Identify new opportunities to scale Evergreen AI

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has proven experience managing Meta Ads
• Understands paid social marketing and conversion optimization
• Can interpret analytics and make strategic decisions
• Is highly organized and proactive
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
• Takes ownership without needing constant direction
• Has exceptional communication skills
• Is always looking for ways to improve systems and results
