Position Summary

We’re looking for a Senior Copywriter who can think big, write beautifully, and move naturally between English and Spanish. This person should be a strong conceptual thinker with a deep understanding of Hispanic Market audiences, cultural nuance, and what it takes to create work that feels authentic.

The ideal candidate has agency experience, knows how to build ideas from insight to execution, and is comfortable writing for everything from social and digital to video, radio, OOH, presentations, and campaign platforms. They should also be comfortable collaborating with art directors, strategists, account teams, producers, and clients to bring ideas to life.

What You’ll Do

Develop strong, insight-driven creative concepts for Hispanic Market and multicultural campaigns.

Write clear, compelling copy in both English and Spanish across digital, social, video, radio, OOH, and other channels.

Create work that feels culturally relevant, emotionally resonant, and true to the brand.

Trans create content and campaigns to resonate with Hispanic audiences beyond direct translation.

Partner closely with creative directors, art directors, strategists, account teams, and production partners.

Present ideas and copy clearly, confidently, and with a strong creative point of view.
