About the Role

Solid Holdings Group is a growing holding company overseeing three distinct consumer brands spanning clean beauty, baby/kids products, and specialty coffee. We're looking for a Social Media & Content Marketing Manager to own social media strategy and content creation across all three brands.

This is a hands-on, full-time role for someone who can jump between brand voices, manage multiple content calendars at once, and bring creative ideas to life, from concept through to posting. You'll work closely with our Business Operations team and brand leadership to keep each brand's presence sharp, consistent, and true to its own identity.

What You'll Do

- Own the social media strategy and content calendar for all three brands, each with its own distinct audience and voice

- Create original content, photos, videos, graphics, and copy, tailored to each brand's aesthetic and tone

- Plan and execute posting schedules across relevant platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

- Track performance metrics and adjust content strategy based on what's working

- Collaborate with brand leadership on campaigns, launches, and seasonal content pushes

- Stay on top of social media trends and bring fresh ideas to the table

- Coordinate with external partners (photographers, influencers, agencies) as needed

What We're Looking For

- Experience managing social media and content creation (multi-brand experience a plus, but not required)

- A strong eye for visual content and brand consistency

- Comfort working across different brand voices and aesthetics at the same time

- Proficiency with content creation and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar)

- Strong writing skills and attention to detail

- Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities independently

- Based in or able to commute to the Orange County, CA area for hybrid work
