IZAR Sports is an international sports agency dedicated to connecting young athletes with football opportunities around the world. We work with players through U.S. college recruitment, international showcases, elite training camps, player development programs, and opportunities in Spain and the United States.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and organized Community Manager to help manage and grow the digital presence of IZAR Sports across social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Develop content calendars, campaign ideas, and social media strategies.
• Create captions, visual content, graphics, reels, shorts, and promotional material.
• Support player announcements, showcases, camps, events, and brand campaigns.
• Research current trends in football, sports media, and social media.
• Track basic analytics and suggest ways to improve engagement and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media accounts or creating content for brands, teams, athletes, or organizations.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Passion for football/soccer and sports media.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus.
• Creative, organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
