We're looking for someone who enjoys both creative and organized work. One hour you might be editing a TikTok, and the next you could be reaching out to creators or organizing our content calendar. If you enjoy variety, love social media, and are excited about helping a small business grow, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Content

• Edit short-form videos using provided video clips and voiceovers while matching our brand's editing style
• Repurpose videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Schedule posts across all platforms
• Upload captions, hashtags, and product links
• Organize video files and our content library
• Review videos for spelling, formatting, and overall quality before scheduling

Affiliate Program

• Research creators who may be a good fit for our brand
• Send outreach messages using provided templates
• Follow up with creators
• Help onboard new affiliates
• Keep our affiliate spreadsheet organized
• Coordinate product shipments with our warehouse assistant

Marketing Support

• Research trends and viral content
• Save content inspiration
• Organize marketing ideas
• Help maintain our content calendar
• Monitor basic social media analytics

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience editing short-form videos
• Is highly organized and detail-oriented
• Is able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Enjoys social media
• Communicates professionally
