Graphics, Sales and Social Media Support

Overview

Lazy Hype is a custom merch and private label partner for wellness-minded brands, fitness studios, influencers, and the likes! We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Strategist to help grow our digital presence and support light B2C sales operations. This role combines social media management, community engagement, and basic sales outreach to drive brand identity, visibility and customer conversion. You’ll create engaging on-brand content, support day-to-day platform activity, and assist with customer inquiries, messages, and small sales tasks.

Responsibilities

• Help plan social media content that drives engagement, reach, and community growth.
• Manage daily posting, scheduling, community interaction, and DMs across Instagram, TikTok, and other channels.
• Create short-form content (graphics, videos, product posts) using Canva or Adobe Suite.
• Track analytics and provide quick performance summaries to inform content strategy.
• Support light B2C sales tasks: responding to customer messages, helping with small order coordination, gathering customer info, and preparing sample requests.
• Assist with influencer outreach and partnerships for custom merch and activewear drops. Happy to hear your ideas!
• Stay up-to-date on trends relevant to fitness studios, wellness brands, and apparel.

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media for a brand or business; understands how to grow engagement and interact effectively with community.
• Strong content creation skills (photo/video editing, Canva or Adobe).
• Comfortable with basic sales support and email interactions.
• Knowledge of analytics, trends, and best practices on IG/TikTok/YouTube Shorts
• Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain consistent brand voice.
• Bonus: experience with e-commerce, Shopify, or influencer marketing.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
