Position Overview

We are seeking a tech-savvy, organized Digital Marketing Specialist to help us build a local and national online presence. This is an execution-focused freelance role. You will be responsible for editing our website for SEO visibility, setting up and maintaining our social media channels, and establishing our footprint on Google. The ideal candidate can take our specialized concepts and turn them into clear, professional, client-attracting content.

Core Responsibilities

  • Website & SEO Optimization: Edit our website content (built on Hostinger) to target high-intent keywords, rewrite page titles/metadata, and ensure the site is optimized to rank on search engines.
  • Social Media Setup & Management: Create, launch, and manage professional profiles across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Turn raw business topics into 2–3 informational, high-value posts per week.
  • Google Presence Setup: Establish and optimize a Google Business Profile (and/or local search footprint) to ensure we appear when prospective local clients search for our services.
  • Content Design & Copywriting: Use Canva or basic design suites to format clean, professional informational graphics and write highly polished text tailored for attorneys and executives.

Qualifications & Skills (Must-Haves)

  • Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on digital marketing, basic SEO execution, and social media channel management.
  • Excellent Copywriting Skills: Ability to write in a polished, highly professional, corporate tone suitable for a B2B legal and operations audience.
  • Website Familiarity: Experience working inside modern website builders (like Hostinger, WordPress, or Wix) to perform text edits, add pages, and update SEO fields.
  • Project Management: Highly organized self-starter capable of managing ~3 hours of work a week independently without missing deadlines.

Preferred / Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Haves)

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or Google Search Console to track website traffic improvements.
  • Prior experience writing content or managing social media specifically for lawyers, law firms, or corporate consultants.
