Job Description
Our agency helps small businesses grow through local SEO, websites, content marketing, AI tools, and digital strategy. We're looking for a reliable Content & Social Media Coordinator who loves creating content, staying organized, and helping businesses maintain a professional online presence.
This is an execution-focused role. You'll be responsible for creating, scheduling, and managing content across multiple client accounts while keeping everything on schedule.
*What You'll Do*
You'll manage recurring content for *both* Orca346 Digital and our clients.
Responsibilities include
- Create monthly content calendars
- Write engaging social media captions, online engagement, and communication
- Design graphics, videos, and reels using Canva or graphic design software
- Schedule content across Facebook, Threads, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Business Profiles
- Publish blog posts to client websites
- Create and send email newsletters
- Repurpose blogs into social posts and email content
- Keep content organized and scheduled ahead of time
- Coordinate with clients to collect photos, updates, interviews, podcasts, and announcements
- Track basic monthly analytics and report on performance
- Help maintain a consistent brand voice across all accounts

*Required Skills*
- Experience managing business social media accounts
- Canva
- Meta Business Suite
- All social media platforms
- Email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot
- WordPress or similar website platforms such as Squarespace, GoDaddy, Jobber
- Strong writing and proofreading skills
- Google Business Profile posting
- Basic SEO knowledge
- AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity
- Basic photo or video editing
- Experience working with marketing agencies
*Compensation*
- Part-time contract position
- Approximately 10 to 20 hours per week to start
- Flexible schedule
- Opportunity for additional hours as new clients are added
- Hourly pay based on experience
