Academies in North America, providing thousands of young players with

access to the renowned Paris Saint-Germain methodology—the same

methodology that helped PSG become back-to-back Champions of

Europe.

Today, our network continues to grow.

We are launching PSG Academy New York City, bringing the PSG

experience to the heart of one of the world's most iconic cities.

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and passionate Marketing

& Content Assistant to help tell our story, support our academies

across North America, and play a key role in the launch and growth

of our academies.

Paris Saint-Germain is more than a soccer club.

content creation and can bring fresh ideas, creative energy, and a strong

passion for storytelling.

Whether it's capturing a training session, covering a major event,

launching a marketing campaign, creating viral content, or helping open

a brand-new academy, you will be at the center of projects that

shape the future of PSG Academy in North America.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the marketing,

communications, content creation, and growth initiatives of PSG

Academy USA.

You will help create engaging content, support digital marketing

campaigns, assist with event activations, contribute to enrollment

initiatives, and strengthen the visibility and growth of the PSG Academy

brand across North America.

This position can be hybrid or remote.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing & Communications

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Support website updates and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and

external partners.

* Conduct market research and social media benchmarking to identify

trends and opportunities.

* Assist in creating content and marketing materials for academies

across the United States and Canada.

  • Support internal and external communications initiatives.
  • Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, and campaign tracking

tools.

Content Creation & Social Media

* Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube,

LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

camps, events, and activations.

  • Edit short-form and long-form video content.
  • Assist in content planning, scheduling, publishing, and performance

reporting.

* Develop creative concepts and storytelling ideas that reflect the PSG

Academy brand.

* Manage and engage with online communities across social media

channels.

* Support the creation of newsletters, blog articles, presentations, and

promotional materials.

Growth & Enrollment

* Support lead generation and enrollment initiatives across academy

programs, camps, clinics, and events.

  • Assist with CRM management and lead follow-up processes.
  • Help create marketing materials and campaigns that support player

recruitment and program growth.

Events & Activations

  • Assist in organizing local, national, and international events.
  • Support event logistics, setup, and execution.
  • Coordinate event coverage through photography, videography, and

social media content.

* Contribute to major events such as the PSG Academy North America

Cup, PSG Academy World Cup, launch events, community activations,

and special projects.

* Assist with merchandising, branding, and promotional initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Passion for sports, marketing, content creation, and storytelling.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital trends.
  • Experience with content creation, photography, videography, and video

editing.

  • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects

simultaneously.

  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Previous experience in marketing, communications, sports, events,

digital media, or customer relations is a plus.

* Availability to occasionally work evenings and weekends during events

and activations.
