We're looking for a creative, organized, and self-motivated Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to help grow our brand, engage prospective members, and support our digital marketing efforts.

Position Summary

As our Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist, you'll help execute Harbor Yachts' digital marketing initiatives across social media, email marketing, and digital advertising. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, analyzing campaign performance, and helping a growing lifestyle brand reach new audiences.

The position is fully remote, although candidates familiar with the Boston area are preferred. An understanding of Boston's seasonal events, waterfront lifestyle, and local culture will help create timely and relevant marketing content.

Responsibilities

• Manage Harbor Yachts' social media presence across Facebook and Instagram.
• Plan, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
• Write compelling captions, marketing copy, and email content that reflects our premium brand.
• Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns using HubSpot.
• Assist with Meta advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, campaign setup, and performance monitoring.
• Support Harbor Yachts' digital advertising efforts across Meta and Google platforms, coordinating with outside partners or vendors as needed.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement, lead generation, and overall marketing effectiveness.
• Stay informed about Boston-area events, holidays, and seasonal opportunities that align with our brand and incorporate them into marketing content.
• Work with existing Harbor Yachts photos and videos to create engaging marketing content, while capturing original content when opportunities arise.
• Help maintain a consistent and professional brand presence across all digital channels.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone with:

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, or email marketing.
• Experience managing business accounts on Facebook and Instagram.
• Experience with HubSpot or a similar email marketing platform.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager.
• General understanding of digital advertising, including Google Ads, is a plus.
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Interest in boating, hospitality, travel, luxury brands, or outdoor recreation is a plus.
