The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to help build and scale a high-performing demand generation engine across Transit Technologies.

This is not simply a campaign management role.

This leader will own growth programs that drive awareness, qualified pipeline, conversion, and revenue across multiple products, buyer personas, and market segments. You'll translate company priorities into measurable marketing programs while partnering closely with sales, product marketing, marketing operations, content, and external agencies.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong execution. You understand how to build programs, optimize performance, leverage data, and continuously improve results.
