Position Overview

The Central Texas Food Bank seeks a temporary social media assistant to support social media engagement and promotion of its annual fundraising campaigns. This temporary contract position will be responsible for developing engaging content, coordinating content collection, managing day-to-day social media activity, and growing audience engagement across CTFB’s social channels.

The ideal candidate is an organized self-starter with experience managing social media accounts, creating compelling content, and engaging online communities. Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, food, or influencer marketing industries is a plus.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations, digital media, or related fields.
• Two or more years of experience supporting digital communications, social media, content marketing, or related communications functions.
