What You'll Actually Do

• Write ad copy, campaign messaging, web copy, email campaigns, and social content for Salt & Serif clients under creative direction
• Turn strategy briefs and brand frameworks into finished, on-voice copy
• Work inside our existing brand voice guidelines: short punchy sentences, active voice, no buzzwords, no hedging
• Collaborate with our designer and studio coordinator through ClickUp

Who We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional writing or copywriting experience
• A portfolio that shows range: brand voice, not just filler and AI garbage
• Comfortable taking direction and matching an existing voice, not just your own
• Based in or near Sioux Falls, able to work hybrid (some in-studio time required)
