BENEFITS COPYWRITER

Location: 100% Remote (US-Based)

Schedule: Part-time Contract (Minimum 20 hours/week) | FLEXIBLE hours

Compensation Range: $45.00 - $48.00 per hour

Partner with a cross-functional creative team to translate intricate healthcare and benefit concepts into clear, engaging, and high-impact digital and print solutions. Healthcare or benefits writing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Craft comprehensive omnichannel copy from short-form digital assets to 32-page informational guides to drive audience engagement and clarity.
• Translate intricate healthcare, benefit, and corporate communication metrics into highly consumable narratives to optimize stakeholder understanding.
• Collaborate with the Creative Lead and Account Management teams to align content execution with sophisticated client strategic objectives.
• Execute agile editorial support, including proofreading and content alignment, to guarantee flawless end-to-end campaign delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional copywriting experience, ideally within an agency or corporate environment.
• Specialized expertise in writing for employee benefits, healthcare, or internal corporate communications.
• Proven track record of adapting writing tone across diverse formats, supported by a versatile professional portfolio.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word
