You’re a strategic thinker and a doer — someone who loves seeing the direct impact of their work through leads, bookings, and sales. You’ve worked with service-based businesses and understand that it’s not just about clicks; it’s about qualified leads and strong ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimise paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other display ad platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube, Programmatic).
• Build and implement conversion funnels including ad creatives, landing pages, lead magnets, remarketing, and automation sequences.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, split testing, and ongoing performance analysis.
• Collaborate with content, design, and web teams to ensure messaging and funnel flow align with campaign goals.
• Set up tracking systems via Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and other analytics tools to monitor and measure funnel performance.
• Regularly report on KPIs, ROI, CPL, and CAC — and adjust campaigns accordingly.
• Stay up-to-date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3+ years experience running paid ads for service-based businesses.
