Social Media Marketing Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and reliable Social Media Manager & Video Editor to help grow and manage the online presence of a successful model. Responsibilities

● Edit and repurpose content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, X (Twitter), Snapchat, and other social platforms.

● Create engaging short-form videos designed to increase reach, engagement, and follower growth.

● Schedule and publish content across multiple social media accounts.

● Monitor account performance and provide recommendations for growth.

● Research trends, viral content, hashtags, and competitor strategies.

● Assist with content planning and posting schedules.

● Maintain consistent branding and content quality across all platforms.

● Help identify opportunities to increase traffic and conversions.

● Track analytics and prepare weekly performance reports.

● Manage multiple social media accounts while maintaining discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

● Previous experience managing social media accounts and editing short-form content.

● Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, X, and other social platforms.

● Proficiency with editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

● Excellent communication and organizational skills.

● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

● Understanding of content marketing, audience engagement, and social media growth strategies.

● Experience working with creators, influencers, models, or subscription-based content businesses is a strong plus.

● Comfortable working with adult-content-adjacent marketing while maintaining platform compliance.
