Canvas Estate Homes and Canvas Signature Heritage are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Executive Assistant & Marketing Coordinator to support leadership and help grow our custom homebuilding, real estate, property management, and home watch divisions. Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing multichannel marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, Facebook and Instagram advertising, and Google Ads.
• Create content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, print materials, presentations, and advertisements.
• Manage and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, target audiences, and marketing opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
• Use data and campaign results to recommend improvements and optimize marketing efforts.
• Manage CRM systems, organize leads, track lead sources, and support automated email and follow-up campaigns.
• Use AI tools to create content, graphics, presentations, email campaigns, video scripts, and marketing concepts.
• Help plan, coordinate, record, publish, and promote company podcasts.
• Research podcast topics and guests, prepare scripts and interview questions, coordinate recording schedules, and repurpose episodes into social media content, blogs, emails, and short-form videos.
• Plan and coordinate Lunch and Learns, Realtor workshops, networking events, and community presentations.
• Manage event invitations, registrations, venues, speakers, sponsors, catering, presentations, promotional materials, attendee lists, and post-event follow-up.
