Social Media Manager (Instagram & TikTok) – Part-Time

Location: Moody Desserts – Ocoee, FL

Moody Desserts is looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media Manager to grow our Instagram and TikTok presence while helping bring more customers into our store.

Responsibilities

• Manage both Instagram and TikTok accounts.
• Create and publish 2–3 high-quality posts or Reels per week.
• Manage Instagram Stories with fresh daily content.
• Film, edit, and publish engaging short-form videos.
• Identify, contact, schedule, and coordinate at least 3 local influencer collaborations per month.(Free)
• Build and maintain relationships with local Orlando food influencers and content creators.
• Research trends, hashtags, captions, and optimal posting times.
• Respond to comments and messages to help grow engagement.
• Promote new menu items, seasonal drinks, desserts, and special events.
• Track social media performance and provide a monthly performance report with recommendations.
• Work closely with the owner to develop creative marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive in-store traffic.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Instagram and TikTok for a business.
• Experience with influencer outreach and partnership coordination.
• Must have an existing network of Orlando-area food influencers and content creators, or be able to build and manage those relationships quickly.
• Strong photography, videography, and video editing skills.
• Creative, organized, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Experience with restaurants, cafés, dessert shops, beverage brands, or food businesses is preferred.
