Marketing Manager, Travel Industry, Part Time

Bespoke House is looking for our next marketing leader. Bespoke is a premier travel ad agency with a polished reputation and a proven digital playbook. Importantly, you have some of your own clients and you’re eager to see where your talents will take you with new partners. This is a permanent part-time position and requires 20 hours per week. Must be available for calls and discussion during 9 am-1 pm New York Time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute marketing strategies with a monthly tempo in Google Adwords, Meta and MailChimp
• Direct campaign optimization by analyzing our booking performance data (which pulls from multiple data sources: Adwords, Google search console, Google Analytics, Meta and hotel property revenue systems)
• Diagnose conversion problems and correct with help from developers
• Write incisive marketing briefs and collaborate with creatives and developers to produce excellent advertising campaigns.
• Pitch in with email production as needed.

SKILLS

• One year of hotel/hospitality marketing experience
• Demonstrated quantitative data analysis
• Strong writing and brainstorming skills
• Marketing or computer science degree
• Travel experience
• Industry knowledge of hotel, resort and boutique inn marketing

Software skills

• BaseCamp project management (easy to learn)
• Data analysis with either Excel pivot tables or SASS
• Google Adwords, Google Analytics
