Overview

Westchester Tennis Center is seeking a creative, energetic, and self-motivated Social Media & Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and strengthen our brand. This role is responsible for creating engaging content, managing our social media channels, promoting programs and events, and helping grow participation across all areas of the club. The ideal candidate has a passion for marketing, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and understands how to connect with families, junior players, and adult tennis enthusiasts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the club's social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Create engaging content including photos, videos, graphics, and promotional campaigns highlighting lessons, camps, tournaments, events, and club activities.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital channels.
• Plan and schedule social media posts and email marketing campaigns.
• Capture photos and videos at club events and programs.
• Monitor engagement, analyze performance metrics, and recommend strategies to increase reach and participation.
• Assist with website updates, promotional materials, and digital advertising campaigns.
• Stay current on social media trends and identify new opportunities to grow the club's audience.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong photography, video editing, graphic design, and content creation skills.
• Proficiency with Canva, Constanmt Contact, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms is preferred.
• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• A passion for sports, tennis, or the club industry is highly desirable.
