Iron Health is a fast-growing, independently owned outpatient physical therapy practice with four locations across Westchester, NY and Stamford, CT. We specialize in one-on-one, hands-on care — no aides, no rotating providers, no assembly lines.

The Role

We're looking for a part-time Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to own two things: building physician referral relationships and community relationships in the Westchester area, and managing our Meta and Google Ads to generate and convert inbound leads. You'll work closely with the CEO and have direct visibility into the impact of everything you do.

This is a hybrid role — some of your time is in the field (visiting physician offices, running in-services, attending events) and some is remote (managing ads, following up on leads, sending outreach emails).

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, orthopedic surgeons, and other referral sources in Westchester
• Coordinate and run in-office in-services and lunch-and-learns at physician practices
• Community relationships- cross events with other companies, sourcing events and executing and helping with setting them up and staffing
• Manage and optimize our Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns — audiences, creatives, budgets, A/B tests
• Manage Google Ads (Search + Local Service Ads) — keywords, call tracking, negative keywords, performance
• Send weekly affiliate and partner outreach emails
• Track and report on KPIs weekly — cost per lead, CACO, conversion rates, MD contacts

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager — you've actually built and optimized campaigns, not just boosted posts
• Working knowledge of Google Ads — search campaigns, conversion tracking, call reporting
• CRM experience (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar)
