Marketing Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across our brands and retail locations. This role is responsible for developing strategic marketing campaigns, managing content calendars, overseeing creative projects, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader who can transform ideas into successful campaigns while keeping multiple projects on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for multiple business locations.
• Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns for holidays, seasonal events, product launches, and special promotions.
• Create and manage a monthly social media content calendar across all marketing channels.
• Lead and oversee the creative team, assigning projects, providing feedback, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, event planners, and other creative staff to produce high-quality marketing materials.
• Ensure brand consistency across websites, social media, email marketing, print materials, and in-store advertising.
• Coordinate the production of digital and print marketing assets, including flyers, banners, advertisements, signage, and promotional materials.
• Monitor marketing performance and recommend improvements based on campaign results and customer engagement.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and emerging marketing opportunities to keep the company ahead of the market.
• Work closely with management to develop new marketing initiatives that support company growth and sales objectives.
• Assist in planning and executing community events, sponsorships, and promotional partnerships.
