Position Overview

The Growth Marketing Specialist, reporting to the Demand Generation Director, owns the organic search and channel marketing function within the Demand Generation team. This role is responsible for SEO execution, email campaign management, organic social, industry council and advisory relationships, channel partner communications, and content distribution. It sits at the center of how TrueNAS builds awareness and generates inbound pipeline, and it requires someone who can run all of it, not just one piece.

This is a remote position in the US.

Base Pay Range

The base pay range of this position is $60,000 to $62,000 USD annually. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in the Company’s bonus program with a target bonus opportunity of 10% of base salary annually, subject to the achievement of individual and Company performance objectives and the terms of the applicable Company bonus plan.
