Position Summary: Director of Marketing Operations (hybrid)
Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Leadership and Department Planning a. Partners with the Chief Marketing Officer to identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact opportunities across the Marketing organization. b. Supports strategic planning and development of short- and long-term departmental goals, priorities, and performance measures. c. Drives and supports cross-functional strategic initiatives that advance department goals and business outcomes. d. Recommends and implements new systems, processes, and operating models that strengthen efficiency, scalability, and organizational effectiveness. 2. Financial Planning and Resource Management a. Leads preparation, administration, and oversight of the Marketing Department’s annual operating and capital budgets. b. Reviews, evaluates, and consolidates budgets submitted by senior leaders and managers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial guidelines. c. Develops and maintains systems and procedures for recording, monitoring, and evaluating financial performance and activity. d. Authorizes designated expenses, tracks budget performance, and investigates and resolves variances. e. Analyzes financial activity, identifies trends and patterns, and develops recommendations to support departmental goals and resource optimization. f. Advises the CMO and department leadership on financial and administrative matters and prepares reports, forecasts, and special analyses as needed. 3. Operations and Workflow Management a. Oversees day-to-day operational functions of the Marketing Department to ensure efficient, coordinated execution of work. b.
