Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Salary Range: $121,000 - $137,500 per year.

The above base pay range may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. The range listed is just one component of Wayfair’s total compensation package for employees. Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commissions and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a comprehensive suite of medical, financial and additional benefits. This position is a hybrid in-office role that works out of our Boston HQ (Monday-Thursday will be working in office and Friday is work from home). This is not a virtual / remote position. The CRM team sits within Marketing and is responsible for all email, app push, and SMS communications between Wayfair and our customers. Within this team, the Push and SMS Marketing Manager role will oversee the daily operations and performance of our mobile messaging channels (App Push and SMS), which are among the company’s fastest-growing drivers of customer engagement and retention. The role will be responsible for leading, creating, and driving an aggressive testing roadmap across both channels, owning channel performance, managing a team of 4, and partnering with senior stakeholders across the org.
