Position Overview

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Marketing Manager with 5–10 years of experience to own platform-level positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for the GENESIS automation platform. This role serves as the commercial and market-facing voice of the platform, translating technical capabilities into compelling business value for target buyers, enabling sales teams, and supporting successful product launches. This position sits within Product Management and partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Industry Strategy, and Marketing Operations to ensure the platform story is clear, differentiated, and consistently brought to market.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Positioning & Messaging

* Own and continuously refine product messaging, positioning, and value propositions for the GENESIS platform.

* Translate technical capabilities into customer-centric benefits for target industries, personas, and buying centers.

* Develop message architecture and core platform narratives that can be adapted by solution, industry, and vertical marketing teams.

* Maintain clear competitive differentiation and articulate where the platform wins and why.

Go-to-Market Strategy & Launch Readiness

* Support go-to-market strategies for platform releases, solutions, modules, and strategic initiatives.
