Position Overview

We are seeking an data-driven, strategic, and execution-focused Director of Growth to scale our B2B pipeline and accelerate our market penetration within the banking and credit union sectors. In this role, you will lead the growth marketing strategy, working at the intersection of demand generation, product marketing, and marketing operations. You will design and execute high-impact Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, optimize our acquisition funnel, and drive predictable pipeline growth for our Enterprise Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy & Execution: Own and scale the B2B demand generation strategy to drive qualified pipeline (SQLs) from target credit unions and regional/national banks.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Design, deploy, and optimize highly targeted ABM campaigns to engage key decision-makers (CEOs, Chief Risk Officers, and Heads of Lending) within enterprise accounts.
  • Funnel Optimization: Analyze and continuously improve performance metrics across the entire marketing funnel—from initial awareness and lead capture to sales conversion and product adoption.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Product Management, and Data Science teams to align messaging, orchestrate outbound campaigns, and launch growth initiatives for new features, including our generative AI tools.
