Director of Marketing & Strategic Partnerships — Luxury Travel / Private Aviation

Job Overview

MARQUIS is seeking a Director of Marketing & Strategic Partnerships to lead the marketing engine for a luxury private aviation and private travel advisory.

This is a hands-on, revenue-focused marketing leadership role responsible for building brand visibility, generating qualified charter inquiries, developing referral relationships, supporting strategic partnerships, managing founder-led visibility, and creating marketing systems that lead to real business opportunities.

The founder will handle sales conversations, client relationships, and closing. This role is responsible for making sure MARQUIS is consistently in front of the right audience and that marketing activity creates qualified conversations, appointment opportunities, referral channels, and measurable pipeline movement.

The ideal candidate understands how to market to a sophisticated private client audience where discretion, trust, polish, timing, and credibility matter. Experience in luxury travel, private aviation, hospitality, luxury real estate, family office services, private client services, private banking, premium memberships, or another high-end service category is strongly preferred.

We need someone who can think strategically, protect a luxury brand standard, and execute across channels without needing every next step handed to them.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute MARQUIS’ marketing across digital, content, website, LinkedIn, email, paid acquisition, events, partnerships, referral channels, and marketing operations.
• Build campaigns designed to generate qualified charter inquiries, private client conversations, and membership opportunities.
• Help position charter as the first point of entry into a broader MARQUIS membership relationship.
• Identify and develop referral channels across luxury real estate, family office, estate management, executive assistants, chiefs of staff, luxury travel advisors, concierge teams, hospitality groups, private banking,...
