Marketing Coordinator (Real Estate)

Rosehaven Homes is a San Antonio based home builder looking for a hard-working marketing coordinator to help drive further growth. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company. You must have a history of coordinating marketing operations for a new home builder, a brokerage, or for a multifamily organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

MARKETING MANAGEMENT

• Digital Storefront: Keep our website (WordPress) and home directory listings (Zillow, Realtor.com, MLS, etc.) fully optimized and current with inventory.
• Marketing Collateral: Coordinate the production of physical and digital marketing materials such as brochures, signage, flyers, email, and social content that reflect the brand and sell the product.
• Model Home Presentation: Coordinate the staging, decorating and maintenance of model homes so they show beautifully and convert visitors into buyers.
• Site Presentation: Visit communities regularly to ensure signage, curb appeal, and on-site presentation are up to standard.
• Realtor & Referral Events: Plan and host events that build relationships with local realtors and drive qualified traffic.

ONLINE MARKETING MANAGEMENT

• Data & Analytics: Monitor marketing metrics (CPL, CPA, ROI) to measure agency and campaign effectiveness and adjust strategy to protect the budget.
• Agency Management: Manage our outsourced paid media agency by setting priorities, holding them accountable to performance (monthly qualified lead targets, etc.) and budget, and translating business goals into clear direction.

SALES OPERATIONS

• CRM Enforcement: Ensure sales reps use the CRM correctly, log every interaction, and keep all deals up to date.
• Sales Team Support: Coordinate and support an experienced sales team, ensuring best practices and company policies are followed to move deals across the finish line.
