Who we are

Notari Labs Inc is a stealth-mode consumer hardware + AI startup building a team in Austin. We're weeks away from launching our main product, which is in the consumer AI hardware / software space.

The role

We need a contract-based Meta ad buyer to drive the paid acquisition channel from our launch going forward. This is a contract role—part-time hours, fixed term—and we're looking for someone who is running a roster of clients and has the track record to prove it.

You'll own our paid Meta campaigns end-to-end for the first 3-4 months of our launch.

What you'll actually do

  • Run and scale Meta as our primary acquisition channel. You are already fluent in Advantage+, the Andromeda updates, and where the platform is heading next.
  • Brief and direct creative. Source UGC and other creators to drive content testing at scale.
  • Own the dashboard. Own ROAS, CAC, and overall campaign performance.
  • Start with a $20k/month ad spend budget and scale it to $100k/month in the first 3 months

You're a fit if…

  • You've got 5+ years of paid advertising experience, and strong experience in Meta ads and short-form video campaigns
  • You've personally scaled DTC or consumer-tech ad accounts past $100K/month in spend. Bonus points if you've taken something from launch to meaningful scale.
  • You've worked with DTC brands generating $1M+ in MRR
  • You currently run paid acquisition for multiple clients and can point to the results. We want operators who've earned the right to charge what they charge.
  • You understand that MER, blended CAC, and contribution margin matter more than platform ROAS.
  • You have strong opinions about creative testing frameworks and a track record of finding winners.
  • You move fast, write clearly, and don't need to be micro-managed.
  • You can provide relevant case studies and performance results

The deal

  • $125-150/hour
  • Contract engagement, part-time hours, fixed term. This role doesn't grow into a full-time opportunity.
  • Competitive contract rate—tell us what you're worth.
