The Role

The Social Media and Content Lead (Contract) is responsible for managing day-to-day social media account execution, including social media copywriting, content publishing, community management, performance reporting, social listening, and real-time social media activations. This role also supports rapid-response communications and escalates potential issues or sensitive conversations to ensure brand reputation and audience engagement are effectively managed across client platforms.

This role is execution-focused and requires a high level of independence, creative judgment, and technical skill. The ideal candidate is experienced in on-location content capture and can produce engaging, platform-native content with minimal direction.

The Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photo and video content on-site for client campaigns, events, and activations
• Independently identify and capture moments that align with brand storytelling and campaign goals
• Edit and produce polished, social-first content, including short-form video, reels, and platform-native assets
• Deliver content that is immediately usable and optimized for platform performance
