About the Role

We're looking for a New York-based Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our creative team.

You'll be the person behind the camera capturing monthly content days, producing engaging social content, and helping manage client social media accounts.

This role is perfect for someone who loves filming, storytelling, social media, and working directly with brands in the beauty and wellness space.

You'll work alongside our creative team to bring our clients' brands to life through high-quality content and strategic execution.

ResponsibilitiesContent Creation

• Capture monthly content days for clients
• Film Reels, TikToks, and short-form videos
• Capture professional photo content
• Assist with creative direction during shoots
• Follow shot lists and content strategies
• Upload and organize raw footage after shoots

Social Media Management

• Schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
• Write or edit captions
• Monitor comments and direct messages
• Engage with client communities
• Research trends and audio
• Assist with content calendars
• Update Instagram Highlights

Creative Collaboration

• Work directly with our Founder and Account Managers
• Brainstorm campaign concepts
• Recommend content ideas
• Stay current on platform trends
• Ensure content aligns with each client's brand identity
