Social Media & Marketing Intern — Vaughan Plumbing

Vaughan Plumbing is a local residential plumbing company serving the Raleigh and Wake County area. Since 2025, we've helped homeowners with repairs, installs, and maintenance, and we're ready to bring that work online. We're looking for a creative self-starter to build our brand from the ground up.

Sechdule

: Hybrid, flexible hours. Some in-person time required for on-site filming and coordination.

: 20$/ hour

What you'll do

• Design and build our company website from scratch
• Create and manage our Instagram account to showcase our work and grow our audience
• Set up and optimize our Google Business Profile and Yelp listing
• Shoot and edit photo/video content, including on-site visits to job locations to capture real work in action
• Reach out to past and current customers to request feedback and reviews

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in media/content creation preferred
• Comfortable with photography and video editing tools
• Comfortable talking to customers by phone or text
• Strong writing skills for social captions, website copy, and customer messages
• Reliable transportation to travel to job sites in the Raleigh area as needed
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong time management
