About the Role

I’m looking for a highly creative, organized, and proactive Social Media Content Coordinator to work with me in person several hours each week in Austin, Texas.

This isn’t a traditional social media job where you sit behind a computer scheduling posts.

You’ll help create content from scratch—brainstorming ideas, filming Instagram Reels and TikToks, creating skits, capturing behind-the-scenes moments, documenting business life, recording podcasts, and helping build multiple personal brands.

You’ll also work with my daughter, helping create fun, age-appropriate content for her social channels as she develops her own brand.

The ideal person loves storytelling, understands what performs on social media, notices trends before everyone else, and can take an idea from concept to published post with very little direction.

This is an incredible opportunity for someone who wants to help grow brands from the inside while having a significant amount of creative freedom.
