We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to support our growing client portfolio.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both the creative and operational side of marketing. You'll work closely with our founder and creative team to help execute content strategies, coordinate projects, manage social media accounts, and keep client deliverables moving smoothly.

ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

• Schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Upload and organize content in scheduling platforms
• Write or edit captions
• Research hashtags and keywords
• Monitor comments and direct messages
• Engage with communities on behalf of clients
• Update Instagram Highlights
• Assist with monthly content calendars

Client Support

• Assist with client communication
• Organize project timelines
• Prepare meeting agendas and notes
• Update client Airtable dashboards
• Keep Google Drive and Frame.io organized
• Ensure all deliverables are completed on time

Marketing & Operations

• Research industry trends
• Brainstorm content ideas
• Assist with influencer outreach
• Help coordinate content days
• Build monthly reports
