Job Title: Vice President Performance Marketing

Location: This is a remote position open to candidates in the United States. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Ivim Health does not currently sponsor employment visas.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is expected to be between $225,000 - $300,000+ annually, depending on experience, qualifications, leadership background, and overall scope of responsibility. This position is also eligible for a performance-based bonus structure tied to growth and patient acquisition metrics, as well as potential long-term incentive opportunities.

Compensation is determined based on factors such as location, relevant experience, and qualifications. This position is classified as exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
