Responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy for the organization's mortgage lending business. This executive leader drives customer acquisition, brand awareness, lead generation, customer retention, and market growth across retail, consumer direct, correspondent, wholesale, and/or servicing channels. The role partners closely with Sales, Operations, Product Management, Digital, Compliance, and Executive Leadership to deliver innovative, data-driven marketing programs that support strategic business objectives, revenue growth, and market share expansion. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, investor guidelines, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay range for this position is $175,000 to $200,000.

What you’ll do

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute a comprehensive mortgage division marketing strategy aligned with corporate goals and growth objectives.
• Serve as the primary marketing leader for the mortgage lending division, providing strategic direction and thought leadership.
• Create annual marketing plans, budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Identify emerging market opportunities, customer trends, and competitive threats.
• Present marketing performance, strategy updates, and business recommendations to executive leadership.

Brand Management

• Strengthen and protect the mortgage division's brand positioning across all customer and partner touchpoints.
• Ensure consistency in messaging, visual identity, and customer experience.
• Develop value propositions and differentiate market positioning for mortgage products and services.
• Oversee reputation management and brand awareness initiatives.

Customer Acquisition and Lead Generation

• Lead development of integrated marketing campaigns to drive mortgage applications and funded loan volume.
