Someone who refreshes X before getting out of bed. Knows every meme before it hits Instagram. Watches sports because they genuinely love them—not because it's their job.

What You'll Do

• Turn live sports into content people can't stop sharing.
• Create short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Write posts for X that actually get engagement.
• Design graphics and memes.
• Pitch original content ideas.
• Help build one of the fastest-growing sports media brands online.

This isn't a role where you'll receive a content calendar every Monday.

You'll help create it.

• You don't just consume content—you study it.

End-to-End Content Producer

• You can take an idea and turn it into a finished piece of content.
• Writing.
• Editing.
• Posting.
• Optimizing.
• You don't need someone holding your hand.

Chaos + Strategy

You're creative enough to think differently, but disciplined enough to care about analytics and growth.

Virality isn't luck.

You know it's engineered.

Growth Engineer

• Follower count doesn't impress you.
• Engagement does.
• Retention does.
• Shares do.
• You care about building a real media company—not chasing vanity metrics.

Requirements

• Passion for sports (NFL, MLB, NBA, soccer, etc.)
• Strong understanding of X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Video editing experience (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
• Graphic design experience is a plus
• Strong writing skills
• Self-starter mentality
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup
