The Mission

Vivid Centre is hiring a creative, energetic Social Media + Content Growth Manager to help us grow through Instagram and TikTok.

Your main goal:Generate 10+ new client bookings per month directly from social media.

We want someone fun, sharp, reliable, and confident creating short-form video content.

What You’ll Own

You will run our weekly content engine.

Content Creation

• Come into the office 2x/week to film content
• Preferred filming times: Monday evenings and Wednesday or Friday afternoons
• Record providers, treatments, behind-the-scenes clips, trends, testimonials, education, and lifestyle content
• Bring weekly content ideas and help keep the team organized

Editing + Posting

• Create, edit, schedule, and post 8–10 short-form videos per week across Instagram Reels and TikTok
• Post 5–10 Instagram Stories per week
• Create 1–2 feed/static posts per week
• Use tools like Buffer to schedule content in advance
• Keep our content clean, modern, engaging, and on-brand

Engagement + Bookings

• Reply to comments and DMs
• Engage with local Omaha creators, clients, businesses, and followers
• Help turn social media attention into real appointments
• Track which content drives DMs, inquiries, and bookings

Who You Are

You may be in college, high school, or early career — skill and creativity matter more than age. You want to grow your own presence also so are open to being involved in some videos.

You are

• Strong with Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and short-form video
• Creative, fun, and comfortable filming people
• Good at editing videos quickly
• Organized and consistent
• Comfortable being in-office twice weekly
