Social Media and Marketing Manager

Karma Salon & Spa is a trendy, upbeat salon looking for a creative Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to help showcase our work and grow our online presence.

This role is perfect for someone who loves social media, beauty, and content creation. You will come into the salon once per week to capture photos and videos of services, the team, and the salon atmosphere, then use that content to create engaging posts for our social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule posts for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Film transformations, before/after shots, and stylist highlights
• Create short-form video content (reels and TikToks)
• Write captions, hashtags, and post descriptions
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages when needed
• Help brainstorm creative marketing ideas and promotions

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business
• Comfortable filming and editing short-form video content
• Familiar with current trends on Instagram and TikTok
• Basic photography and video editing skills
• Organized and able to plan content ahead of time
• Interest in the beauty, hair, or fashion industry is a plus
