Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Assistant

North Georgia Diamond is looking for a creative, detail-oriented person to help us grow our online presence, improve our website, and support digital sales. Salary based on experience.

We are a fine jewelry store in East Ellijay, GA specializing in diamonds, bridal jewelry, custom design, repairs, engraving, heirloom redesigns, and one-of-a-kind pieces. We are looking for someone who can help bring the beauty of what we do in-store to our website and social media platforms.

This is a great opportunity for someone with skills in digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, website updates, content creation, and online advertising who wants to grow with an established local jewelry business.

What you’ll help with

• Updating and improving our website
• Creating and organizing product pages, service pages, photos, descriptions, and landing pages
• Helping improve online sales, appointment bookings, bridal inquiries, repair leads, engraving requests, and custom design consultations
• Creating social media content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
• Assisting with paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta and Google
• Helping with SEO, website copy, email marketing, analytics, and content planning
• Helping turn our custom jewelry, bridal pieces, repairs, engravings, redesigns, and in-store moments into strong digital content
• Bringing fresh ideas for how we can grow online while keeping the North Georgia Diamond brand professional, personal, and high-quality
