Job Summary

:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our team. This role requires a high-energy individual with a passion for beauty and transformation, capable of capturing and amplifying the essence of our brand through compelling content across multiple social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok. Engage with the audience through posts and interactions
• Capture high-quality before and after photos of patients as well as live surgical procedures.
• Conduct patient interviews to gather powerful testimonials that showcase the impact of our work.
• Develop and maintain a brand guide that clearly defines our brand story and the voice of our target avatar.
• Produce and curate a consistent stream of high-value content that engages and attracts our community.
• Track performance metrics and demonstrate significant growth and engagement within the first three months.
• Initiate and implement marketing campaigns and promotions
• Work with device and product representatives on marketing initiatives
• Assist with marketing the practice and physician, by scheduling and coordinating media opportunities

Requirements

:

• Proven track record of success in social media management and content creation.
• Conduct research to develop content ideas and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
• Strong proficiency in digital content tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, and other photo and video editing software.
