About the Role

Capital Auto Sales is a family-owned, community-focused vehicle dealership in Decatur, GA. We are looking for a highly motivated, creative, and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Social Media Marketing & Sales Coordinator.

This is a hands-on role where you will be the face of our digital presence, driving traffic through high-quality content and managing customer inquiries to turn leads into sales.

Your Responsibilities

Content Creation: Visit our lot at 4454 Covington Hwy to film engaging content (videos/photos) of our current inventory for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.

Inventory Management: Regularly update our social media listings and cross-post inventory to Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, and other local sales platforms.

Customer Engagement: Manage digital inquiries, respond to comments and messages promptly, and coordinate test drive appointments.

Consistency: Maintain a daily posting schedule to keep our inventory top-of-mind for local buyers.

What We Are Looking For

Strong familiarity with social media trends (especially TikTok/Instagram).

Excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.

Self-starter who is comfortable working on-site to capture content.

Reliable, organized, and sales-driven mindset.

Compensation Structure

We offer a performance-based compensation plan designed to reward results. Choose the structure that fits your style:

Option A (High Commission): 100% Commission-based at $100 per car sold.

Option B (Base + Commission): $50 weekly base pay + $50 per car sold.

Bonus Incentives

5 Cars Sold: $100 bonus

10 Cars Sold: $250 bonus

20 Cars Sold: $500 bonus
