Social Media Account Manager

Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Account Manager who can confidently manage client accounts, lead with strategy, and oversee execution. You’ll be the go-to person for your assigned clients — building relationships, ensuring deliverables are on-brand and on-time, and helping bring our viral-worthy strategies to life.

You’ll collaborate closely with our content creation and strategy team to make sure every post, caption, and campaign aligns with each client’s goals and growth plan.

Client Management

• Serve as the main point of contact for 4–6 client accounts
• Manage client communication, feedback, and updates with professionalism and warmth
• Host monthly client calls with team to review performance and upcoming content strategies

Content & Strategy

• Create and manage monthly content calendars (caption writing + strategy alignment)
• Review and approve content to ensure it fits the client’s brand voice and strategy
• Identify content trends and brainstorm new ways to help clients go viral
• Collaborate with the creative team to provide clear direction on visual and video content

Analytics & Reporting

• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth)
• Create monthly performance reports with key takeaways and actionable insights

Organization & Systems

• Keep project management tools up to date (we use ClickUp + Slack)
• Ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are organized
• Maintain clear internal documentation for each client
