We are a digital marketing agency that works only with home service companies like HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, and landscaping. We help contractors grow through advertising, SEO, content, web design, and AI-powered marketing. We are a small team that moves fast, holds a high bar for accuracy, and takes client results seriously.

About the role

You will run audits, build action plans, optimize Google Business Profiles, write and improve content, manage listings, and work side by side with our developer to push changes live. You will also help build our AI Visibility process, a part of the industry that did not exist a few years ago and a real chance to grow into something new. This is a role you can grow with.

What you will do

SEO and organic growth (your main focus)

• Run SEO audits on client websites and turn findings into clear, prioritized action plans
• Do keyword research and use it to guide content and on-page recommendations
• Write and optimize website copy that ranks in both Google and AI search
• Use AI tools, including Claude, to research, draft, and optimize blog content
• Send website update requests to our developer (meta titles, descriptions, FAQ sections, on-page elements) and quality check the work before it goes live
• Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles on a daily or weekly basis
• Manage business listings and citations through tools like Yext and BrightLocal
• Apply working knowledge of AEO and GEO to keep clients visible in AI search
