All Pro Coolers is a growing manufacturer and installer of commercial walk-in coolers, freezers, and refrigeration solutions serving customers across the United States. We're looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team in-house at our Anderson, SC office.

This is not a remote or hybrid position.

We are looking for someone who will work alongside our team daily, helping capture project photos and videos, collaborate with management, and create marketing content that showcases our products, services, and company culture.

This isn't just a social media position. We're looking for someone who can develop marketing campaigns, create engaging content, generate leads, and continuously improve our online presence while helping grow our business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, and other social media accounts.
• Create graphics, videos, and promotional content.
• Photograph and film completed projects, installations, employees, and company events.
• Update and improve website content.
• Assist with SEO and online visibility initiatives.
• Create email marketing campaigns and customer newsletters.
• Assist with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide reports.
• Generate qualified leads for the sales team.
• Respond to online reviews and help maintain a strong online reputation.
• Design brochures, flyers, sales materials, and recruiting advertisements.
• Work closely with management to develop new marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
