SEO Intern

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Off-Page SEO Executive / Intern to join our digital marketing team. You will be responsible for implementing effective link-building strategies, managing online reputation, and improving the off-page ranking factors of client websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform off-page optimization activities such as link building, guest posting, social bookmarking, blog commenting, and classified submissions.
• Research and identify high-quality backlink opportunities.
• Outreach to bloggers, influencers, and webmasters for link placement and collaborations.
• Directory and profile submissions, press release submissions, Q&A participation (Quora, Reddit), and forum postings.
• Monitor and analyze backlink profiles using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Search Console.
• Keep up-to-date with search engine algorithms and off-page SEO best practices.
• Support the SEO team in executing off-page tasks for multiple client websites.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of SEO, Google search algorithms, and link-building techniques.
• Strong written communication skills for outreach and submissions.
• Familiarity with SEO tools like Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, or similar.
• Understanding of white-hat vs black-hat SEO practices.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Bonus: Knowledge of HTML, WordPress, or CMS platforms.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field (pursuing or completed).
• Fresher or 0–1 year of experience in SEO/digital marketing.
• Certifications in SEO (Google, HubSpot, or similar) will be an added advantage.
