Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Haldiram's marketing objectives.
• Create, manage, and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and other relevant platforms.
• Capture and produce high-quality photography and videography showcasing menu items, desserts, beverages, restaurant operations, and special events.
• Edit videos, Reels, and promotional content using professional editing software.
• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar for promotions, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and community events.
• Write compelling captions, social copy, and marketing content that reflects Haldiram's brand voice.
• Manage daily community engagement by responding to comments, direct messages, online reviews, and customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with restaurant management to promote new menu items, catering services, holiday specials, and grand opening events.
• Build relationships with influencers, food bloggers, local media, and community organizations to increase brand awareness.
• Plan and execute influencer collaborations, promotional campaigns, giveaways, and special events.
